Edna Abreu is the powerhouse behind The Dental Culturist™, a boutique dental consulting firm that helps practices build unstoppable teams, lead with clarity, and scale with purpose. With over two decades in dentistry — from chairside to executive leadership — Edna knows exactly what it takes to grow a thriving practice from the inside out.
Her passion and drive for team success is what fuels her work every single day.
Her journey started at 17 as a dental assistant. Since then, she’s worked in oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetic, and pediatric dentistry, eventually serving as Operations Manager at a high-volume pediatric practice in the D.C. metro area. There, she spent 10 years implementing systems, developing leaders, and cultivating a culture that helped the practice grow — and sustain — at a high level.
Edna later joined the team at Delivering WOW, where she served as a leadership and accountability coach, helping practices across the country increase profitability while strengthening their culture and teams. Now, through The Dental Culturist™, she partners with practices nationwide that are ready to level up — offering customized coaching, system development, virtual front desk implementation, and real leadership training that actually sticks.
